At Mostly Chocolates, we offer an ever-changing array of chocolate truffles. We have over 25 flavors of truffles plus seasonal delights. You will find flavors such as double dutch, double dark, white satin, turtle, chocolate cheesecake, toasted coconut, cherry cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake, peaches and cream, key lime, lemon chiffon, espresso, kahlua, black cherry, mostly mint, peppermint, Maui rum, raspberry, Irish creme, salted caramel, Amaretto, Banana foster, Dakota chili pepper, hazelnut, grand Marnier, tiramisu. Each flavor is a masterpiece of temptation.
We prepare our truffle centers using only fresh crème, butter, rich flavor oils and liqueurs mixed with the finest chocolate available. Each truffle has a unique and distinctly flavored center, which is hand formed and hand dipped in milk chocolate, white or dark chocolate.
Our assorted chocolates are prepared in the same manner. We use mammoth pecans, cashews, almonds and peanuts added to your favorite chocolate to create nut clusters like no other. Our soft creamy caramels and nut caramels will melt in your mouth.
Other creations include anything you can cover in chocolate such as fresh and dried fruit, chewy coconut, potato chips, pretzels and a whole lot more.
We make our fudge daily from the same fine ingredients adding just the right amount of butter and cream. You will find many of your favorite flavors are always available such a double chocolate, chocolate walnut, maple nut and peanut butter, as well as seasonal delights such as pumpkin pie and chocolate mint. Your biggest problem will be choosing which fudge to take and which to leave.
